Senior Executive- HR Responsibilites:

Approved Manpower Requisition and SOP.
Recruitment and Selection Procedures.
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
Ensure compensation and benefit rules and regulations.
Maintain and update employee database.
Assist and implement performance management system.
Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, organogram preparation.
Develop annual training calendar/plan based on training needs.
Maintain regular training reports.
Provide or arrange classroom training, group sessions, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, mentorship/counseling/coaching sessions
Handling disciplinary & grievance procedure, employee relation issues as per law & company values, policies, and procedures.
Update daily attendance in payroll software.
Assist in regular payroll operation.
